Also, it is good to provide financial incentives to employees constantly as they greatly encourage employees to develop and master the work.

The manager must also take full care of the workplace, the workplace is one of the most important things that can give an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility to the employee, which increases his productivity significantly, and makes him comfortable in his workplace.
