Just so you know the terms listed here below have been put into place in order for us all to have a better experience while using BizzVenue:
By using this site, in any measure, you hereby agree to abide by these terms. By using the site you claim that you have read and fully understood all of the terms on the page and others that govern the internet. If you do not agree to these terms, refrain from using or visiting the site until you have contacted us. To be clear, there is no difference between these terms and any other written contract you would sign in order to use another service.
Registration and Access
You are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the usernames and passwords and accept all responsibilities, charges, damages, and changes that occur to your accounts.
If you have reason to believe that your account was used without your permission you can contact us, and we will do what is reasonably possible to minimize the damage caused to your profile/user by deleting any harmful content that was uploaded. Please note, that once information is posted publicly BizzVenue cannot prevent it from being copied, shared, and/or used by other parties that visit BizzVenue.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your user information and passwords, among other details.
If BizzVenue requests registration information you must share accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for updating information to ensure that it stays accurate. BizzVenue retains the right to reject registration requests based on its own judgement.
Intellectual Property
All content, information, designs, data, and materials, among other things, associated with BizzVenue are protected by Intellectual Property laws as well as other international and state laws.
By using BizzVenue you agree to comply with all laws and copyrights, trademarks, and other relevant restrictions. All other third-party trademarks, logos, design, and etc. used on this site are content of their respected owners and should not be used until checking that doing so is acceptable the owner of the content.
You agree to access and use BizzVenue services only for your own personal use. BizzVenue reserves all rights to its content and you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, or create derivates of content posted on BizzVenue without our prior explicit and written permission. You must also keep in tact and refrain from attempting to interfere with any copyright, trademark, or any other form of information associated with BizzVenue.
User Submissions
Various parts of BizzVenue and its services allow you to submit audio, video, text, pictures, and other materials. When you provide user submissions, you grant us irrevocable royalty-free permission to distribute, edit, display, archive, publish, sub-license, transmit, broadcast, sell, translate, or do any other legal process to the said submission without any permission from the side that has submitted.
You waive on any rights you have to your submissions.
If any user submitted content is deleted by the user from BizzVenue, our general policy is to delete such content from our database as soon as possible. If your submission has been shared with third-parties, BizzVenue is not liable for their use of said deleted content.
We retain the right to choose whether or not to publish any and all types of user-submitted content with for our own reasons. BizzVenue also retains the right to delete any user-submitted audio, video, text, pictures, and other materials should we choose to do so. We will not be held liable for choosing to do so.
Acceptable Use
By using BizzVenue, you agree to not access our site and services using any interfaces that are not our own, unless given our explicit written permission ahead of time.
You may not use or help or attempt to help others to use BizzVenue (and any of its various online platforms/profiles) to do any or all of the following:
- Stalk, abuse, harass, threaten, or engage in illegal activity
- Share links to our site for inappropriate, offensive, vulgar, obscene, illegal, racist, sexually explicit, racial hatred, terrorism, or that promotes violence and/or hatred, or anything that we deem to be inappropriate.

- Engage or attempt to engage or promote others to steal or compile content from our site of any kind, including personal information of other users.
- Share or transmit files that contain spyware, adware, viruses, harmful code, etc.
- Access or attempt to access areas of the site and its services that you are not authorized to access.
- Advertise, promote services and goods without our permission.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent yourself in any way when active on the site.
- Use the site in any way that violates local or international law and regulation
- With the intent of exploiting, harassing, and harming minors in any way including asking for personal information and exposing them to inappropriate content.
- Post or share junk mail, spam, or similar
- Impersonate or attempt to do so regarding BizzVenue or any of the BizzVenue employees.
- Engage in any conduct that may restrict anyone’s use or enjoyment of our site.
- Use a device, software, or interface that can interfere with the proper working of this site. This includes but is not limited to: viruses, Trojan horses, or any other harmful technology.

We encourage you to link to our homepage and other pages provided in BizzVenue, as long as you do so in a legal and fair manner that does not misuse our reputation. You must not post a link in any way that could suggest any form of approval, endorsement, agreement, or association on our part without our explicit written permission.
Throughout the time that you use BizzVenue it is likely that you will encounter the option to link to our site, send emails, share our content and/or enable sharing of our content on your own social media or website(s).
You may only use these features as they are provided by BizzVenue and in a manner that respects BizzVenue.
Advertisements
BizzVenue uses a 3rd party advertising system in order to run banner text and image adds in several areas of the site. At this time, BizzVenue does not do or run any advertised content of any kind on the website or any of its social media profiles.
Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability
All information, products, and services that are produced by BizzVenue offer no warranties of any kind (not implied or expressed).
BizzVenue cannot guarantee that the site will operate without interruption or errors, or that the site will be clean of viruses, and any other harmful components. The use of BizzVenue and its information is at your own risk.
